With the arrival and Spring and warmer weather I find myself gravitating more towards salads, and no salad is complete without my go-to salad dressing! Slightly sweet with maple but tart with balsamic, you’ll love how this dresses up any salad you make!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup aged balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons filtered water
3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons filtered water
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to an airtight jar and shake vigorously
- Store at room temperature on countertop
